2018 Swap Meet Information and Vendor Policies

The Victory Outreach Swap Meet is located at 12301 Magnolia Avenue, Garden Grove, California 92841. Admission is free to the public and there is ample parking at the rear of the building. Operating hours are 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Vendors may begin setting up at 6 a.m.  All vendor types, except food, are welcome.  However, we reserve the right to refuse anyone if the types of goods sold are not appropriate or if the items being sold will not sell well at this event.

PRICING

Pricing is as follows: approx. 17 ft. x 18 ft. = 2 parking lop Please make your payment online via PayPal at the following link below or reach out to Yolanda for cash payments.  Spaces for $25.00.   
All spaces must be PREPAID ONLINE USING PAYPAL.  NO SPACES WILL BE HELD WITHOUT PAYMENT.

    If there are any spaces left after registration is closed at 1pm the Fridaybefore the Swap Meet, they will be sold on a first come, first served basis the morning of the Swap Meet.  No canopies, tables or chairs are provided and will not be available for purchase.  You must bring your own, canopies, tables, and chairs.

SWAPMEET POLICIES

Setup begins at 6:00 a.m. for vendors. If you are unable to attend a Swap Meet and want a refund, you must notify us by phone, text or email by 1pmthe FRIDAY before the Swap Meet.  Your space will be held till 7 a.m. the morning of the Swap Meet.  If you will be late, please call or text us at Yolanda's cell (714) 984-9834 immediately or your space will be reassigned to someone else after 7 a.m.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  All spaces must be cleaned and vacated by 2 p.m. Spaces are Non-Transferable and may NOT be sold, shared or transferred without expressed permission of Swap Meet Management. Swap Meet management reserves the right to refuse admission and/or the purchase of a space to any party at any time.


Relocation: The swap meet management reserves the right to relocate vendors to alternate spaces when deemed necessary.


Rental Space: Vendor Spaces are equal to two parking spaces (approx. 17 ft. x 18 ft.). You may not set up in any island area or past any line marking your space unless you are given permission by Swap Meet management to do so. All vendor vehicles must be parked at the Vendor Parking areas shown on the Swap Meet diagram. No vendor vehicles are to be parked in an aisle, along a red curb, or in any other area other than the Vendor Parking areas unless previously approved by Swap Meet management.


Electricity: There is NO electricity available in the Swap Meet vending area. However, we will have an area where your customers can try out their purchases before they buy.

PROHIBITED MERCHANDISE

"No vendor shall offer or display at a swap meet any new or used personal property or merchandise of a kind which the swap meet operator has expressly prohibited. Every swap meet owner shall post or display in prominent places at the swap meet, or give written notice to every vendor prior to the commencement of a swap meet of the kinds of personal property or merchandise which may not be offered for sale or exchange.

* THE SALE OF WEAPONS IS ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED

No Seller may sell, exchange, offer to sell or exchange, expose for sale or exchange, or possess with the intent to sell or exchange, store, or transfer any weapons, or obviously harmful products at Victory Outreach Swap Meet, or the grounds thereof. Further prohibited items consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
